Nineninesix, Inc. ("we," "us") is the data controller responsible for your personal data. We collect information you provide when creating an account (email address), making purchases (payment information processed by Stripe), and using the API (text input, usage metadata such as timestamps, character counts, voice selection, and response format).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: provide and maintain the Service, process payments, monitor usage and enforce rate limits, display analytics in your dashboard, communicate service updates, and improve the Service.
3. Text Input Data
Text submitted for speech synthesis is forwarded to our TTS provider for processing. We do not permanently store the text content of your API requests. Usage metadata (character counts, timestamps, voice selection) is retained for analytics and billing.
4. Payment Information
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data.
5. Data Security
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS), secure API key hashing, and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
6. Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Supabase (database), Stripe (payment processing), and Cloudflare (API delivery and rate limiting). Each service has its own privacy policy governing data handling.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
8. Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Usage logs are retained for 90 days. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting support.
9. Your Rights
You have the right to: access your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, export your usage data via the API, and withdraw consent for data processing.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or dashboard notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
